Sobre mí

Soy Carla Martín, me enamoré hace un par de años de la cerámica, decidí cambiar de profesión (maestra), de aires y de ciudad. De la conexión con las artes, la naturaleza y el mar, surje mi proyecto "Carla Mar".

Utilizo diferentes tipos de barros y esmaltes, hago mis piezas a mano y en el torno cerámico, el cual me centra y me hace viajar a través de los sentidos.

Me gustan las piezas decorativas y las utilitarias, sencillas y con colores variados. Aprendo a diario de ceramistas que se han convertido en mis maestras y maestros, y pienso seguir transitando y aprendiendo felizmente por este nuevo camino que la vida me va regalando.

Nadar y bucear en el Mediterráneo es otro de mis placeres que me gusta reflejar en mis fotografías acuáticas y submarinas.

I am Carla Martín, I fell in love with ceramics a couple of years ago, I decided to change my profession, air and city. From the connection with the arts, nature and the sea, my new project "Carla Mar" arises. I use different types of clay and glazes, I make my pieces by hand and on the ceramic wheel thrown, which centers me and makes me travel through the senses. I like decorative and utilitarian pieces, simple and with varied colors. I learn daily from potters who have become my teachers and I plan to continue traveling and learning happily along this new path that life is giving me.

Swimming and diving in the Mediterranean is another of my pleasures that I like to reflect in my aquatic and underwater photographs.
